It is interesting that the Bible keeps being proven true. Here is an article from 2012 where giants were found to walk on the earth about 1400 years before Christ or about 3500 to 4000 years ago

With all the challenges that are on Facebook these days I was wondering how many of us are willing to pray on knees for 10 minutes a day and exercise kneeology. II Chronicles 7:14 Then if my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sins and restore their land. (NLT). Colossians 1:3 We always pray for you, and we give thanks to God, the Father of our Lo...rd Jesus Christ. (NLT). Here are some ideas that are not my own, but I have had used in the past that helped me to pray. Five Finger Prayer with hands folded. 1) Thumb= pray for those that are the closest to you. 2) Pointer finger= pointing you in the right direction. 3) Middle Finger = those in authority our leaders (President/ Governor/Police. 4) Ring finger is the weakest so pray for those that are sick and struggling. 5) Pinky is the smallest finger pray for yourself. Here is another one BLESS. B= Body; L= Labor; E= Emotions; S= Social Life; S =Spiritual Life. Again these are methods that I got from others and are not my own, but they help me to focus on praying for 10 minutes. Blessings See more
