ATTENTION ALL PIRATES! Cross Country Summer Training has begun! We have a ton of athletes already coming out to prepare for the season, but if you missed out on any of last week's orientation and are still interested in being a part of this team, don't stress! Summer workout sessions take place Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:0...0pm at Pirate Stadium with an optional Thursday weight lifting session at 4:00pm in the old gym weight room. We will be accepting interested students all the way until school starts but do realize that if you would like to be competitive in the sport, summer training is CRUCIAL!! On Wednesday, June 3rd, 2015 at 2:40pm in Pirate Stadium, there will be a Team Meeting to discuss summer conditioning workouts as well as all the documents needed to be a part of the team this upcoming Fall 2015.
