It's the most wonderful time of the year for apples. Not just delicious, they're also a natural toothbrush! Their texture can help clean teeth while you're having a delicious snack. We made apple nachos this week and they were gobbled up faster than last month's halloween candy. To make them, we sliced apples about 1/4 inch thick, then topped with antioxidant rich food like yogurt, crunchy granola, berries, pomegranate seeds, and shredded coconut.
