Hey there friends. Even as a wellness doc, knowing how important exercise and food intake is, I had my own struggles with weight. I swam 4-5 times a week and ate relatively well. All organic, no fast food, etc. It seemed at a certain age, anything that resembled a metabolism had the brakes put on. I was in a place that no matter what I did, my weight continued to go up. Frustrated and depressed, I thought this was the new me. That led me to try out a new system of weight loss....
