Tomorrow is the last day to pick up mandarins at the Old Town Auburn farmers market before Christmas. Mandarins make a wonderful gift for your neighbor, family members or anyone you want to give a little gift to. We will return to the Auburn Farmers market January 2nd as the market will be closed December 26th. You will also find us Tuesday at the Roseville Fountains farmers market. #placergrown

Mandarins make wonderful gifts. You can also ship a box to friends and relatives for the holidays. You can make an appointment at our farm or come by one of the farmers markets. This is a look at our Big trees. These trees are over 60 years old and were planted by Steve’s grandfather, Ed Pilz. It takes Steve longer to hand pick this fruit. Lots of ladder work is required. At the end is Laura hand bagging the fruit for farmers market. The fruit never sits in a bag long. We pack the day before a market.

Unfortunately we will not be at the Mandarin Marketplace this weekend. We have attended since the very beginning when it was in downtown Newcastle. We made this decision due to Covid. We are however attending the local farmers markets. Saturday’s in Auburn 8-12 and Tuesday’s in Roseville at the Fountains 8-1. We are also open by appointment starting with appointments in December. An easy addition to any meal. Come get our Honeynut butternut which is a mini super sweet butternut. We also have Northern Georgia Candy Roaster.
