Class is suitable for All levels. . You will need mat, thera band, loop resistance bands, weights (can be substituted with 2 food cans or bottles of water), towel. The City of Los Angeles has closed fitness centers. However, the significant part of keeping your immune system boosted is to stay active. You can and should exercise at home without fancy equipment. As a pilates instructor, I enjoy being able to guide my clients online. Now, more than ever, it’s a fabulous tool when you cannot train in person. Having the opportunity to keep my clients healthy and minds connected without worrying about the pandemic for an hour is a gift, I am grateful for.
