Littlest Yogis Teacher training today. Learning #infant& #mommyandmeyoga something special I've wanted to add to my teachings. This week I received a surprise phone call from @unrivaledkitch letting me know that I was gifted a full scholarship for her amazing #littleheroesyoga Teacher Training. I truly believe you get what you put out and this was a perfect example! The last year I was surrounded by negative energy and inauthentic teachers and people which had me que...stioning who was real and who was not. As #elenabrower says; It's so important for teachers to support one another and not look at each other like competition as that is not what yoga is.
