One mindset I urge everyone myself included to start thinking is the old saying focus on what we can control. While NOT going out to public places means protecting yourself and your friends and family, but it’s easy to catch us lower our physical activity frequency. These movement practices are suitable for most of us older people included, if you haven’t been outside lately as much it’s time to get those joints loose and start breathing again from the comfort of your home.
