Established several years ago by art teacher, Mrs. Nina, pumpkin decorating has become one of the favorite annual events at PHS. Through the efforts of Mrs. Z and Mrs. Gruber, this tradition has been carried on through small, socially-distanced cohorts. The student body will be recognizing the various designs and the results will be announced at the huddle on Friday. #phoenixrising

Do you want to have a voice in how the school is run? Student leadership meets every Monday at 10:30 am. Meetings are held outside for in-person students as well as on-line through google meets for distance learners. There are four official officers who run the meetings and keep the minutes. However, anyone from the student body is welcome to attend. Let us know if you would like to be a part of this process. Students are currently discussing adding a PHS logo on the concrete in the quad as you enter campus. They also want to get more Phoenix "gear" such as hats and t-shirts to wear. Finally, leadership works on putting together the huddle agenda for each Friday. #phoenixrising
