They had a form that the mechanic fills out and tells you what your car needs now and or it can wait. I only had a recommended air filter that they told me is still ok but they told me to keep it in mind for next visit. I like that they don't try to push you to buy things. I told them to go ahead and change it and the nice man at the front told me that it really does not need it yet. Very busy shop that has great honest service. I will be back for sure."

See our latest 5 Star review! "We recently had to take one of our cars in to get our brakes checked out. We just moved to the area and had no idea where to go. We followed the yellow brick road of amazing reviews and called Phil’s. This experience way surpassed our expectations. Now I know what you’re thinking, how can an automotive repair shop do that?! Well let me tell you. First, I called and explained the issues they told me to bring it in the next morning (even offered s...ame day!) and that they could absolutely take care of me. They called my husband with a quote and explained in detail what was happening with my car. They were not pushy; and even informed us what we could get away with not doing. They offered to take pictures to show us. We appreciated the time they took to let us know everything; and decided to get it all taken care of. Now here’s where I am just still giddy about the situation. I was at work and my husband works down the hill. He had to drop my off that day in the village. Phil’s called to let my husband know my car was complete. He told them we could pick it up tomorrow morning because we were both at work. Phil’s asked where I worked... AND DELIVERED ME THE CAR!! Another 5 star review, thanks Coleen! "I came up with a friend for the weekend and my car got stuck in drive and would not shift to park or anything at all. I towed it to them and was thinking of the worst. The man at the front, sorry forgot his name, told me that since it was Saturday that they might not be able to get the parts especially that it is a Fiat but that he will for sure tell me whats wrong the same day and let me know how long to fix it so I can determine whethe...r to tow it back home or to keep it there to fix. I really appreciated his honesty so I told him to go ahead. Usually my experiences with mechanics is that they promise you it will be done the same day or asap and they don't follow thru. It was refreshing for someone to tell me the truth that they most likely could not fix it the same day and not lie just to get the job. It only ended up being a shifter cable and he was able to get the part that Monday so I can get home." See more
