We are thrilled to partner with Hayes Valley Bakeworks to bring a new lunch program to our Drop-In Program! This Program will allow Bakeworks to deliver meals to PHC, so they can be distributed to people experiencing homelessness who are reaching out for assistance with essential services. Hayes Valley Bakeworks is a nonprofit social enterprise, that operates as a café that also provides employment and training for people with disabilities, and folks experiencing or at ris...k of homelessness. PHC and Hayes Valley Bakeworks have partnered in the past and we're confident this intiative will provide a lasting positive impact in our community! 50 ! You can help support this initiative and support our neighbors experiencing homelessness, PHC, and Hayes Valley Bakeworks by clicking the link below to sponsor a lunch for our Participants: https://bakeworkssf.square.site//meals-for-the-homele/196

Covid19 has forced us to pause our in person volunteer activities... but that hasn't stopped us from providing services and outreach to our neighbors! The PHC Staff has continued to go on Outreach Walks, providing sanitation supplies, masks, & Resource Info Packets to neighbors in need in the community!
