Shoring ( at property line) of 2 adjacent buildings and one main street. Total movement was less than 1/8". Only nerds will understand how tricky this is, One building is un-reinforced masonry and the other older wood apartment. Steel shores get cut once the podium slab is built.

Hanging a mezzanine floor in the air and using foam to raise the bottom floor. Pretty gnarly design.

Bidirectional fiber reinforcing repair. Saved the client $$$ and disruption for the tenants below. Our first fiber repair mini project.
