People talk about making good choices, living on restricted diets.... I've said the same thing forever, eat fresh foods you make at home and if you need to lose weight, eat less and exercise. Diets are painful and unnecessary. Now go have a cup of coffee with an egg (salted!) and a piece of chocolate for dessert! <3

For Lent, I'm giving up being lazy. Not that I don't do stuff all the time...it just doesn't include a focused physical activity. So, 5 days a week I will engage in a focused physical activity for a minimum of 30 minutes.
