Ok so yesterday after church I made triple chocolate peanut butter cupcakes. Before the end of the week I have orders for lasagne, brownies and carrot cake. Plus with Easter being Sunday I will of course make something to bring to church and of course for our dinner at home. Then next week is my daughter's 18th birthday and I know what she wants either cheesecake or baklava...This is how I love to be busy! :) God bless

Holiday pies for sell once again. For Resurrection Sunday (a.k.a. Easter) we will have Red Velvet cake, Carrot cake, Lemon cake, and Vanilla Cake. Also, we will have pecan pie, chocalate cream pie, and of course cheesecake. Special requests are welcomed. As always our catering services are available for any size function.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! With the new year comes a new focus. Beginning January 21 cooking classes will resume. Lighter menu options will be offered and new class location will be coming soon! Almost all orders are done and delivered! Wow I love the way my house smells after baking for 3-4 hours. If you want something freshly baked for you holiday dinner there is still time to get your order in. Orders must be received by 5:30 tomorrow for Christmas delivery.

I need some ideas for Saturday's class. I want to do something romantic but the only thing I can think of is chocolate covered strawberries. Please send me an idea and if you are interested in coming please let me know so I can have enough supplies for everyone. God bless.

Mindscape would like to apologize for not having class the last few weeks. There has been some family issues that took priority. Beginning the first weekend of December classes will resume. If you have any dish ideas please post them and we will pick from your suggestions. God bless
