US CRYOTHERAPY AT P22! We are excited to host US Cryotherapy Davis at P22 Wednesday, August 12! US Cryotherapy will be at all morning classes on Wednesday, August 12 providing free localized cryo treatments! Localized cryo is used to target a specific muscle area or joint directly with cold air for 2-3min to decrease pain & inflammation while improving circulation in the affected area. Localized cryo is a great way to get introduced to the many benefits of cryotherapy. Come by and check them out!

We will be doing a special fundraiser during the month of August to help us cover some of the extra costs COVID has brought to the gym. We have limited quantities of special edition P22 T-shirts and masks available and are asking a minimum donation of $22 per item. All proceeds from donations will be put directly back into the gym so that we can ensure we are working out in a safe and COVID compliant environment. Additionally, funds will help us to replace some of the equip...ment that has seen a little extra wear and tear from all the outdoor usage. Masks will be made to order and come in two sizes: S/M and L/XL. For reference - the S/M fits Sam snugly, but is comfortable. The L/XL is a bit loose on Sam but fits Josh perfectly. T-shirts have been made in a limited quantity and will be first come, first serve. We have sizes in unisex XS, S, M, L, and XL available.
