Close to finishing day 5 of Brand Strong Intensive. What an an amazing ride. I’ve been in business 12 years and for the first time I feel like I have amazing tools to help me make Perch the best it can be. I love to bake. I realize that there are some who are more inclined to steer clear because baking is precise. I am also a Libra. This means sometimes I’m precise and sometimes I’m not. Don’t let baking scare you. Pick a recipe, read it and plan the bake. Get every out that you will, A mise en place, if you will. The more organized the better. ... Once you have mastered a recipe or two, you are free to play!
