I am so honored to be a part of this years 6th annual Summit. For the first time it is FREE and we have over 40 designers to teach you about design, mechanics, pricing and more. I get to do two of my favorite things; florals and teaching. I didn’t know that I could put two of the things I love most together. I wish I had a community, Facebook group/Instagram or even a mentor to talk to to teach me about how to start off my floral business. I was self taught but now I h...ave a huge community I learn from every day. These fellow educators mentor and encourage me everyday. I’m so grateful to know them and they are like family to me. Our industry go hit the biggest due to COVID and we had lots of weddings and hopes for 2020 but now, we get to give back to the community by giving back what we know and learn. I have exciting news to tell you soon. I’ll wait until it’s official and when they let me announce it. I can’t wait to tell you the exciting news. My dreams are slowly aligned and it’s been a long journey to get here.

We got featured! It’s so exciting when my work gets approval for a feature on a website. I can’t believe it. I stopped counting my blessings and just be in the moment and just live in the moment.

The greatest gift someone could ever give me is the gift to serve. I love having the opportunity to be creative and the time to create beautiful things for people. Making someone smile is what I live for. I’m a sucker for pleasing people and that makes me happy. We have two weddings back to back this weekend and there were so many things that went wrong but no one could tell that I was upset at myself and things didn’t go as planned. But it the end, the result was magical . I couldn’t have done it without my team. They stuck it through and endured so much for me. I have the best team in the world. So beyond blessed.

An invitation sets the mood for your whole entire wedding. It's the first impression your guests gets to see a glimpse of what your wedding will be like. It makes your friends and family feel so special that they received and got invited to your big day. I'm working on my own wedding invitations as we speak. I designed it myself with a big help of my BIL designing it out for me. I have to admit, It is complicating and a lot of work going back and forth with him. Trying t...o draw out my ideas in my head into his head, but I have faith in him that he knew what I was trying to say and that he was able to execute my vision coming to life. I have to give made props to those who design wedding invitations because there were thousands and thousands of fonts I loved and not love. Shout out to my BIL for being so patient with me. I can't wait to travel again. I miss going out being with family and friends (other than my immediate family right now as we are quarantined together 24/7 we drive each other a bit crazy at times). But I can't wait to spend quality time with the husband after this (I know. It's weird but we don't live together). Can't wait to go out and eat at our favorite restaurants especially sushi, drink boba and be merry together. To be able to celebrate again is what I yearn for ever...y day. I'm not even counting down the days when we will have normality because it feels like forever and the more we anticipate and count down, the more they extend the date for us to be quarantined. I just make each day count. Keep myself busy and make sure I am helping any way that I can. I miss the social interactions and I feel like a hermit crab waiting to come out. But in time, we will be reunited again. What a dream, please pinch me. I always dreamt of getting married at a far-away destination somewhere in Europe, like Italy or France. When deciding on a location for this styled shoot, I wanted a venue that screamed dreamy and that would be filled with naturally grown fields of flowers and vines everywhere.
