Some people have good mental health, some people struggle with theirs frequently, but everyone has good and bad periods with it. It’s also important because when you take care of and prioritize your mental health, it helps you in many different areas of your life. To support emotional health and p...hysical wellbeing, Caminar recommends the following six tips: (1) Connect regularly with family and friends. (2) Exercise at least 60 minutes per day. (3) Sleep at least 6-7 hours a night in a cool and dark place. (4) Practice mindfulness 20 minutes per day (5) Eat healthy, whole foods and increase water intake. (6) Seek mental health support if you notice persistent or increasing symptoms of mental unwellness. As part of #NationalChildrensDentalHealthMonth, we would like highlight the great work of Sonrisas Dental Health in encouraging good oral hygiene practices in children. Learn more about the Drive-Up Dental Screenings for children (ages 1-18) on Saturday, February 27th from 10:00am - 12:30pm in San Bruno. The Sonrisas team can also fill out your child's school dental form there, too! Reserve your appointment online: https://sonrisasdentalscreenings.weebly.com/... Safety precautions will be taken through temperature checks and COVID-19 symptom screenings. Parents/guardians will stay in the car, while children step out and sit in a sanitized chair to get their teeth checked.
