As we approach the holiday season, I’ve found myself reflecting over the past 11 months. Without a doubt, we have all struggled with stress resulting from the events of 2020 in a world that has been turned upside-down for many. Personally, I have experienced the enormous love, courage, and care given by first responders, nurses and doctors to a family member who was very ill this fall. In spite of everything that encompasses 2020, my sense of gratitude for the uplifting momen...ts is at the heart of this postthe moments when we can find happiness amongst hardship are something to be proud of and celebrate.
