Need a place to vote? Well, the Vote Center is opened for business in Creveling Lounge at PCC! Any registered voter in LA County can come to PCC and have their vote counted. (There is also same-day registration for those who have not registered yet.) The Vote Center will be open seven days a week at the following times: Saturday, Oct 24 through Monday, Nov. 2: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 3: 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. During these hours, voters will be encouraged to park in Lot 1, so PCC parking may be impacted.

PCC alumna Brenda Larios has been hard at work helping the Foundation review scholarship applications. Impressed by the students' passion, dedication, and resilience, Brenda began to reflect on her own experiences as a PCC student. "Is miss everything about PCC," she says. "The professors who taught me so much, the opportunities available in all fields, the student support, the volunteer opportunities, and the clubs that allow for students to help each other. Without PCC, I would not be where I am today." A proud Lancer for Life, Brenda says, "Thanks to the foundation PCC and its faculty gave me, I became a better student. I hope that one day I can become a donor and help future generations of PCC students."

We are proud to announce the election of Bill Krantz to our Board of Directors. A PCC alumnus himself, Bill has served over 37 years in the investment management business and is a longtime member of CFA Society Los Angeles. For me, it’s about giving back what PCC gave me in my formative years, Bill said. My family has been in the Pasadena area for over sixty years.
