Covid-19 Safety protocol All clients must wear face coverings and practice social distancing. By appointment only. No walk-in.... If you’re sick or have been with someone is sick/have been hospitalized, please reschedule your appointment. Please call the shop when you arrive for drop-off/pick-up. Do not enter please. We will return your pet’s leads and collars at the time of drop-off but please do not forget to bring back when you return to pickup your pet. Payment-Venmo preferred. Please allow us enough time to sanitize all the equipments and tools between each grooming. We will be place your pets directly into the tub and bathe prior to grooming = No pre-shaving/brushing = Matted hair most likely will be shaved down. Late arrival and No show Please be on time for your appointment. If you’re 15 minutes late for your appointment time, your appointment may be cancelled and you will be considered as No Show and may be charged No Show Fee. If an appointment is missed without a notification No Show Fee (50% of your grooming cost) will be added to your next visit. And you will be required to pay up front. Late pick-up We ask that you pick up your pet as soon as you can, and must be picked up within 2 hours of the time you are informed that your pet is ready. Please be courteous to our other clients and be prompt in picking up your pets. Any dogs left with us for extended period will have a Dog Sitting Fee (up to $25) added to their grooming. Thank you for your patience. Pet grooming was just added to Phase 2! We will be re-opening very soon! We will start contacting those who already had appointments before the state order was issued. We still need to do a little more prep to follow the safety guideline but will be ready within a week! Thank you.
