Hey everyone happy holidays! I just wanted to give an update for this next week’s hours cuz they’re gonna be kind of funky again. We will be open Tuesday the 1st from 10-1, Wednesday 9-6, Thursday closed, Friday 9-2, and Saturday closed. We will be running our 15% off bath special for next Friday the 4th so give us a call if your pet just needs a bath!! We still have some spots available! Look forward to seeing you all this holiday season!

Goooooood morning Pawsitively fam! I just wanted to give a heads up about the weeks ahead. For the qeek of Novemner 23rd, Thanksgiving week, we will be open Tuesday and Wednesday the 24th and 25th, closed Thursday and Friday the 25th and 26th, and that Saturday I'm not sure yet but I will update before then. The following week we will only be taking grooms that Wednesday (Dec 2nd) but we will be having a bath special on Thursday and Friday the 3rd and 4th! 15% off bathing services (no haircuts will be scheduled those days) Give us a call to schedule an appointment or with any questions!

I'm so sorry everyone that I have to close down again today. My 5 month old pup has been in the emergency hospital since yesterday afternoon and we were there til late last night. We are still unsure how things will end up as its been an extremely hard night. We may have some more really hard choices later today. I want you all to know I'm doing my best to manage the shop as well as my personal life but unfortunately the two are very intertwined and since its just Jordan and... I, you all feel it when something happens. In these crazy times I think thats just going to be the way it is for the time being. I get terrible anxiety about letting you all down when I have to close but I'm only human and I have to take care of me and my family. I definitely understand that some of you may need to find a groomer that has more staff so that your pets can get consistent care. I appreciate everyone who supports me and keeps coming back!!!! I will just keep pushing on as best I can but know that its probably harder for me to have to cancel appointments than it is to hear it!! You all are amazing folks so have a wonderful weekend and hopefully we will be able to reopen at our usual time next week! See more

My customers make me THIS happy! I appreciate the little things you guys bring me so so much, I can't even tell you!!! From the delicious bakes goods, coffee, flowers and plants, and alcohol lol you guys keep me going, particularly during these hard times!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!!

Spencer the amazing sheepadoodle got quite the makeover yesterday! While it took longer than I expected at first lol he was the perfect gentleman from start to finish!!!!

Hi everyone. Unfortunately we will have to cancel our grooms for the rest of the week. I have some family emergencies (yes that's multiples) that I have to be home to help with but my bather Jordan will be here tomorrow and we can absolutely book washes over the weekend! Please call the shop and leave a message and she will get back to you as soon as possible! It is crazy times right now and I absolutely apologize for the inconvenience as I know many of you have been waiting awhile! Thank you

Ms Darla is turning 10 so mom is throwing her a Lisa Frank themed birthday party! LOL she will be the princess of the party!

Ok everyone, PSA time. With Covid19 on the rise again and a state mandate in place, you MUST be wearing a mask to receive service from us!!!! It makes me so very uncomfortable to come into contact with maskless people, knowing I have loved ones at home who are older, younger, immune compromised and so on! I dont care about political stances or personal feelings about the policy, it is for everyone's safety! If all the businesses who are providing a service have to go above and beyond to keep things safe for the public the least the public can do is their part as well. Thank you all for understanding and compliance!

Hi everyone. Unfortunately we will have to close for today. I was in a car accident on my way in and I am pretty shaken up and so is the car so we have canceled our appointments for the day. Hopefully we will be back in next Wednesday at our usual time.

Little Pepper's mom did a fabulous job with upkeep during quarantine (which she usually does anyways) but I'm very proud of them!!! She got to keep her princess cut lol!!! Floof for daaaays!!!

So it looks like we will just have to close down for Wednesday and Thursday this week. We were already going to be closed Friday and Saturday. IF you have a wash appointment on Friday, the lovely Jordan will still be here to get those done! I am so sorry after you've waited so long but unfortunately this is the way it has to be. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility! If for some reason you dont get a call from us to cancel you for Wed or Thurs its because the last name you gave us wasn't what we had on file and we have no way to contact you! Again, we are doing the best we can. Everyone stay safe!!

In this ever changing game of roulette that is 2020, it looks like we will have to close by 1pm if the curfews continue this week. Please keep your phones handy and be flexible if we have to reschedule you. I may start taking people earlier in the morning so it may mean some very early appointments, but at least we'regetting to your babies. We just dont know right now but we will do our best to stay in communication with everyone who has appointments this week. Thank you all for your understanding and support and we appreciate everyone who was out there today cleaning up the city!!! I'm sure I'm not the only business owner brought to tears by seeing the type of community we have here!!! We will get through this together. #longbeachstrong

We came through the night unscathed!!! It's so crazy to think that a block away from us everything got tagged or destroyed but they left us alone! I'm heartbroken for the business owners who had to come in to their places being destroyed this morning! Thank you to the community members who are out here cleaning up the streets!!! We see you!! Hang in there Long Beach!!! We are opening today. We have a special schedule this week and are open from Monday to Thursday instead of our usual Wednesday to Saturday. We are booked til about June 16th right now but if you want to get on our cancellation list please call and leave us a message. It is worthwhile to get on the list as we do have cancellations sometimes and work hard to get you guys in to fill the space!

I hope very much that people who are destroying property tonight leave us and the other businesses around us alone. Depending on what happens tonight we may not open tomorrow. I applaud the protesters, this isn't them, but these looters are shameless, terrible people. Everyone stay home and stay safe tomorrow and hope and pray for the best! We hope to see you tomorrow
