Last Sunday Dr. Hirano and Dr. Fukunaga attending the Maloney-Shamie Institute's Annual Symposium at the Skirball Center. They learned about advances in cataract and Lasik surgery, myopia control, and medical marjuana.

Last night we had a continuing education dinner with two of our favorite surgeons, Dr. Neda Shamie and Dr. Robert Maloney. We learned about new cataract lens implants and corneal procedures now available. Thank you to the Maloney-Shamie Institute for a wonderful evening!

Welcome Marsha and Laura! Marsha is now working in our optical department as well as doing billing. Laura works in both optical and at the front desk. We are happy to have you on the Clear Choice Optometry team!

On Saturday we had our office holiday party and celebrated Susan's retirement as well. Thank you Susan for all your years of hard work and dedication. We will miss you!

We recently attended the Retina Macula Symposium in Manhattan Beach. It was a very nice evening with excellent speakers and delicious food. And Dr. F's head grew twice in size from all that we learned!
