Great gym session with Paulos Fitness. These ladies are working up a sweat and striving for success and who said fitness is only for adults, children of all ages can also get involved and make fitness a part of their life at an early age. #fitness4all

(Gaining Muscle Mass) Phase 1 Workout, 4 weeks: Workout should consist of weight training, gradually raising the weight each workout day. Make sure your body is conditioned to the weight you lift, and that you consume the right amount of calories. (Week 1) Day 1- Chest and Back, Barbell Bench Press 3-4 sets 10 reps each set or pyramid sets (ex: 10, 9, 8, 7), raising the weight each set. Dumbbell (DB) Straight Arm Pullover, DB Incline Press, Single Arm DB Row with a twist (isolate core), DB Chest Flys, Bent Over Reverse DB Flys (feet together, slightly bent knee's, squeeze core to stay stable), Alt DB Chest Press burnout (lying on ground) (lighter weight DB's, as many as you can with control and good form)
