He has thirty years of professional experience which go back to the 1970’s when he started working for his father’s construction company. After working as the Manager of the Engineering Department at Kellner Industries in California, Esteban opened Pauli Engineering in 1994. Over the years the company grew from providing structural calculations and drawings to a full design and consulting firm. In 1999 Pauli Engineering became the Fresno-Bakersfield associate of the Investigative Engineers Association (I-Eng-A) providing forensic work and litigation support for insurance companies and law firms throughout the San Joaquin Valley. Esteban continues to strive for excellence in engineering seeking to provide his clients with exceptional service and a product that is cost effective without compromising quality.
