PATTICAKES in Pasadena Is under new ownership. Brother and sister Vatche and Talar Labbad purchased the shop from the previous owner when they learned it was fo...r sale. We asked them what influenced their decision and were told that they and their family were loyal customers for 24 years. "We attended school in Altadena, and often stopped there en route to school. We had fond memories of Patticakes. The interior has undergone a complete remodel, but the baker is the same one who has been making many of their products for 27 years.
