Yoga is especially beneficial as we age to keep flexibility and mobility in our feet, ankles and shins. ... The feet have a important job of getting you around in the world. Join me in this short video to keep moving with ease. (repeat daily) Another treat for your feet, not mentioned in the video, is to lay down and elevate your feet up the wall or couch.
