Congratulations to Cindy, she graduated from physical therapy today. Cindy started therapy barely being able to lift her right arm because her shoulder pain was so severe. After learning how to have better body mechanics by using her middle and lower trapezius muscles she is now able to lift and reach her arm without pain. She demonstrates good body mechanics and shoulder range of motion since her shoulder is feeling so much better, she can now throw a ball and plans on playing softball this year.

Props to Howard who graduated from physical therapy today. He progressed to doing a single leg hydrant with yellow theraband to work on the power/coordination of his gluts, quads and posterior tibialis so he can decrease the tensile forces on his plantar fascia when he goes running.
