Today I spent some time this morning with Ben and his dad Bud outside their home. It was nice to talk and catch up even 6 feet apart. Bud is so proud of his son working in the community. Bud, thanked me and PWI for all the support we have given Ben throughout the years. Ben is holding a Gulls puck that PWI received at a community event back in 2017. I gave it to Ben because I knew it would make his day since he is a huge Gulls fan.

A big thank you to U.S. Bank and Greg Altman for providing our workforce with some much needed supplies. The supplies will be useful for PWI staff to continue to support PWI clients. #WeNotThey #PWI #USBank
Dear Families, Friends, and Supporters: Partnerships with Industry is joining with the San Diego Coalition of Service Providers along with Gatepath and the Alliance in order to get grassroots involvement in our state budget advocacy. We want to invite you to participate, too.... In his latest State Budget proposal, Governor Gavin Newsom slashed more than $500 million in funding for services that support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families. In response the California Senate and Assembly rejected the Governor’s proposed cuts to developmental disability services, introducing an alternative budget plan that the Governor should adopt. We are counting on all our California Senators and Assembly Members to stand strong, but they need our help to do so. What can do you by June 12, 2020? Visit the Action Center at https://p2a.co/zEm9VEP and see how easy it is to to EMAIL, TWEET AND CALL YOUR LEGISLATORS IN ONE CLICK URGING THEM REJECT ANY CUTS TO DISABILITY SERVICES IN THE GOVERNOR’S PROPOSED STATE BUDGET! Thank you for all that you do. We're grateful for your support on behalf of all those we serve. Partnerships with Industry

In this time of uncertainty, there's a fundamental truth that gives us hope - that together we can do extraordinary things. Over the past few weeks and months, the entire world has been coming together to stand up, help out, give back, and heal. Whether that's through donations to community organizations, celebrating doctors and nurses at shift changes, or reaching out to a neighbor to help with groceries, generosity has been helping the entire world get through this global p...andemic. Together. Today, May 5th is #GivingTuesdayNow, a global day of unity and giving. As you know, Partnerships with Industry helps adults with disabilities, today we need your help. But we can’t do this without you! Not only do we need your support, we need your help to spread the word. Please tell your friends and family why you believe in our work and encourage them to support us too! Please watch the video on how Covid-19 has impacted PWI staff and clients. Thank you for your support! #givingtuesdaynow #pwi #community #support #weareinthistogether
Please join Partnerships with Industry on May 5th for #GivingTuesdayNow. We appreciate your support.
Thinking of everyone. Hoping you are staying safe and well. We will all get through this together.
March 30, 2020 RE: Request for Financial Support Dear Supporter,... Like other non-profits, we’ve been hit hard by the economic impact of COVID-19. As our business partners have shut down, our clients have been sent home, leaving our coaches with very little work and our revenue reduced drastically overnight. If you are able, please consider making a donation to maintain our programs and services. We have a few staff doing as much as possible to ensure our clients remain safe, healthy and employed. Also, we are working diligently to keep our business partnerships intact so that our clients will have a place of employment when things normalize. Partnerships with Industry appreciates any donation you can give. To make a donation, visit our website at https://pwiworks.org, and simply click the banner at the top of the page. Words cannot express how much your support means to our clients and staff during this stressful and uncertain time. Thank you! Sincerely, Rich Israel, CEO
Thank you PWI staff for supporting PWI clients with the on-boarding process and their first day on the job with RECON #WeNotThey #PWI #jobcoach #inclusionmatters
