COVID-19 During this national emergency we are following similar guidelines as presented by K-Coe, H&R Block and other CPA offices. The level of service we provide and how to contact us will not change.... Your well-being and our team's well-being is very important to us. We want to help you prepare your taxes and we also want our team to stay healthy. We are increasing office cleanings, we have signs up asking those who are sick to not enter the office and call to make other arrangements, we are providing alternative work arrangements from home when possible. We will do what we can to minimize the number of people in our office and we are putting in place important new policies to help our team members based on a variety of different circumstances they may face as a result of this pandemic. Drop off your tax documents - no need to wait. We will continue to provide in-person tax help in our office; however, we are encouraging clients to utilize our drop-off process or our online portal to reduce in-person interactions. We can email you a link and you can upload your tax documents using a computer or mobile device. We will call you with any questions and you can even review and approve your return electronically if you would like to. We have a mail slot next to our front door as well as a door bell for your convenience and to help minimize person to person interaction. We will be mailing your completed tax returns, or emailing pdf copies to you via secure email unless you request to come by the office to pick them up. As this situation changes day-by-day, hour-by-hour, we will continue to evaluate how we can best help you get your tax returns completed by April 15th if possible. Extension and payment of tax due. If you are a client and we have not heard from you by April 15th we will extend your tax returns for IRS and appropriate states. You will be able to make payments for the 2019 tax year by July 15th without penalty and interest. This also applies for the first quarter of 2020, estimated tax payments normally due by April 15th are also extended until July 15th. Thank you for your understanding and support as we all do our best to manage through this terrible situation and remain positive.

We have updated our Facebook page - this is us during the recent almond bloom. We had fun doing it during our busy time, getting outside and celebrating the s...eason. We feel fortunate to be able to live in California and do what we love. As we continue to move forward client service is still our number one goal. We are excited to welcome Jeanne Phillips to our team. Jeanne is a CPA who has worked in public accounting over 19 years including as a partner at Matson and Isom and KCoe Isom.
