Cal OSHA updated its guidelines for how the COVID-19 ETS requirements should be applied to vaccinated individuals. Employees who are not fully vaccinated must be denied access to the work site if they test positive for COVID-19 or they had an exposure. If a vaccinated employee was exposed but is asymptomatic, they do not have to be excluded from the work site. If they later test positive or develop symptoms, they will then be excluded.
