Honestly, during the quarantine this year has been rough for everyone. Routine gets out of wack, eating, fitness, and more. Sometimes I think this is mentally healthy for us all to get time to ourselves, figure out life, family, and challenge what we can do without all the crazy essentials given to us. We will all individually find a way to enjoy life and make it worth while during the crazy times like this. Show us what we are really made of. We don't need all that is given ...easy to us because it is what you make of it. . . . . Our dream is to not only to open a store to use profits towards animal/children in need around the world, but to open up a reality business within the store to flip houses for the heroes on the front line that need homes for themselves and their families. Having family, my husband, and friends being in the military/front line or retired out, we have a big heart for all heroes putting their life on the line to keep everyone safe. We are supporting and super excited to get our businesses started so we can travel around the world helping people in multiple different ways. Building from scratch, flipping homes, and even improving the ones they live in. We want them all to live comfortably, no wait on a list to have a home or to rent one, an easy way to move in or out when orders change or life changes happen, and have these heroes feel they are being taken care of. . . Dumbbell Squats & Stiff Leg Deadlifts: grab 3 weights (light, medium and heavy) or stick to medium/heavy...HOLD UP! I HAVE TO SAY SOMETHING!!! . Okay, okay Hubby why you so cute! LOL I was having such a hard time trying to not laugh and blush when he tells his stories. Come on you have to take a minute to appreciate moments like this from your loved ones giving attention or wanting some. Working out together has so many benefits lol okay back to work! . Dumbbell o...r Kettlebell for these squats are amazing! You do 3 or 4 sets of 10-20 reps. All up to how you are feeling after all your lower body workouts. Don't push too hard. . Stiff Leg Deadlifts: I recommend using your medium weight 3 or 4 sets of 10, especially when you are tired and shaking from working so hard lol. PS... what I had to do after noticing I was. You don't want your legs shaking because the stance for the workout will be wobbly and that is a No No! Lol take a break and shake it off! Head back to push slowly to finish it out perfect! Couples Workout Days Lower Body Day for me & Upper for Hubby . (Hubby loves to watch and help give tips/motivate when I am getting tired or lazy lol stay at home problems..I enjoy his company) .... BUMBBELL Bar Squats lol I say it because I'm working my BUM! anyways.... Dumbbell Bar Squats: grab 3 weights (light, medium and heavy) these are good if you don't have a bar for weighted plates and do 3 to 4 sets of 10 . Make sure to stand with feet hip or shoulder-width apart. Hold a medium to heavy dumbbell. If you have a bar stand with the bar on your upper back, and your feet shoulder width apart. Squat down by pushing your knees to the side while moving hips back. Break parallel by squatting down until your hips are lower than your knees . Seated Reverse Dumbbell Fly: 3 to 4 sets (light and medium weight) . Single Leg Deadlifts: grab heavy or stick to medium weight (these will make you tired fast) . Stand with your feet hip width apart and parallel Lean forward in your hips, shifting your weight onto one leg while your other leg starts to extend straight behind you. Do not lock you knee that is holding your weight slightly have it bent Lift your extended leg and pitch your body forward until your body forms a T shape. Upper Body Day for Hubby . Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: grab 3 weights (light, medium and heavy) . .... Remember, to keep your back parallel with the floor resting one arm and a knee on the bench. Grab the bumbbell with the free arm, raise it right up to your side squeezing the lats then lowering the bumbbell . . Do 6 to 8 reps for 3 to 4 sets with each arm Up your weight for each set After you are done with the full workout move on to the next one Challenge: do one more round by going down a weight to your medium and end the workout with the light weight for each arm #armday #armworkout #upperbodyworkout #bumbbellworkout See more

Last day the gym was open last week Here are some workouts that y'all can do at home, in your backyard, garage or honestly anywhere. You can use heavy items if you do not have any weights. . . Warm up:... 5min to 10min walk Workout: Dynamic Stretching (can be anything you prefer that helps relax your muscles, but keeps them active) this will release all the stress and tension in the body. Let your mind be free Leg Lifts 10-20x10 each side (you can put a weight between the back of your leg and your calf. Squeeze the weight with the calf to not let the weight fall off. This will make it Leg Kickbacks instead of just Leg Lifts if you want it more challenging Knee To Chest 10-20x10 each side Sit Ups w/ Weights 10-20x10 (you can use a weighted plate, DB, bar, medicine ball, or anything at home that fits the weight you are comfortable holding to do these) make sure to go up a weight 3x and go down a weight if needed. You do NOT want to over do it and pull a muscle or pitch a nerve Weighted Plate Pullovers 10-20x10 (this is also during your sit ups w/weights. Make sure between each rep you do these to give yourself a small break) go up a weight 3x and go down a weight if needed Tricep Extensions 10-20x10 (this is also during your sit ups w/weights, but do them right after your pullovers before starting another rep of sit ups) go up a weight 3x and go down a weight if needed Weighted Plate Chest Press 10-20x10 (you can add this to your reps if you want, I perfer to add it between every one full rep of everything above) Weighted Plate Side Leg Raises 10-20x10 The choice is yours, but make it worth it! #healthiermoms #bejuststrong #juststrong #airforcespouse #airforcewife #fitnessparents #fitness #fitnessmotivation #arbonne #policewife #situps #weights #beyourself #happy #believe

DONT BLOCK OR REPORT: HELPING FAMILY FRIEND FOR HER CLASS! Come join Pilates class at @inshapeclubs Mondays Wednesdays Fridays 10am in Vacaville . Teacher is very open, fun, helps your struggles, modifies to your needs that work for your body and she has a big heart for her pilates class that join the family/support her. . Pilates & Yoga... Helps my strengths & the mind . They help the mind, strengthen the body, tone, release stress, help your joints and relax muscles. Plus more of course! . I have lower back problems and I can't crack it all the time because it tightens up. These classes help me with that and other struggles. My day gets easier/brighter after starting my morning finding myself and releasing any tension in the body. . I will be posting more about my finds and what they do for me.
