Amazing! This man with dementia was given just four notes to play on the piano. From just four notes he ended up improvising a beautiful masterpiece for his son. "Although his dementia is getting worse, moments like this bring him back to me," his son said.

Mettauer, 95, is a World War II Navy veteran who began biking post-retirement in the early 1990s. Since then, he has logged daily miles toward his goal of 100,000 and finally reached the pinnacle earlier this month. What an inspiration!
