Hello Everyone! First, we would like to thank you all so much for your continued patience with us through all of our recent changes due to the special circumstances we're currently facing as a community. We greatly appreciate everyone being so patient and understanding. We also would like to notify everyone of the following changes. As of today we will now be offering our Dental and Spay/Neuter discounts Monday-Friday (Temporarily, until further notice) We're doing this as an...other added step to limit any crowding we experience usually when the discounts are limited. As always, feel free to call us with any questions or concerns and please bear in mind our phone wait times maybe longer than usual due to the circumstances at hand. Hello PCAH clients, We wanted to update everyone on our current protocol in order to maintain client and employee safety we have implemented the following procedures. As of today, we are still providing services but as a CURBSIDE service. Meaning we have closed our lobby but are still taking our appointments and providing care to our patients during our regular hours of operation. ... Please be aware of the following steps to take if you have or are making an appointment with us: When you arrive for your appointment please remain in your car as our lobby is closed and simply give us a call at (562) 695-5000 to check your pet in with one of our receptionist's over the phone. Please also provide them with the best phone number to reach you at during this time. One of our employees will go out to your car and collect your furry companion from you. The doctor will examine your pet and one of our pet nurses will give you a call with the doctors recommendations and estimate. Once everything is done an employee will go out and collect a credit card for payment and bring your pet back to you. There will be no need to leave your car at all. As always, feel free to give us a call if you have any questions or concerns and thank you all so much once again for bearing with us and allowing us to provide care to your fur babies.
