Meet the people that make Paradox happen! 1. Jenn - Hi! I’m Jenn! I’m a former high school teacher, turned stay at home mom. I’ve never met an ice cream I didn’t like and dark chocolate is there for me on a daily basis. My house is never quiet and finding the perfect gif is one of my top priorities. My go-to road trip snack would be anything crunchy. 2. Mattie - I’m a Pediatric nurse and educator. I love the kiddos I work with! Kids have a way of bringing perspective in the ...most beautiful way! They are a light in the sometimes dark world of healthcare. My go-to road trip snack is flavored popcorn!! 3. Crystal - I’m a full time graphic designer working from home in Riverside. In my free time, I enjoy experimenting with art and music and staying active with yoga and rock climbing. 4. Dave - I am 21 years old and attend school at Andrews University in pursuit to follow my dreams of becoming a physical therapist. In my free time I love to play volleyball. My go-to roadtrip snack is a BIG bag of Hot Cheetos. 5. Justin - I’m 19 and Filipino in all ways but appearance. I’m junior at UC Berkeley studying rhetoric, public policy and data science. My favorite road trip drink is a jumbo slushy. 6. Bobby - I’m a PC enthusiast and gamer. I made the coffee for Paradox back before the pandemic. My go-to road trip snack is gummy peach rings. 7. Kelly - I am an auntie, dabbling plant mom, and lover of fun lipstick. When I’m not working, I love to take walks in the sun and listen to audiobooks. My go to road trip drink is dragonfruit vitamin water! 8. Christian - I am newly married for a year to my husband. I love passing time with video games, reading, or planning adventures in Dungeons and Dragons with my friends. Road trip must is iced coffee! 9. Rachel - In my spare time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, drinking delicious teas, and engaging in long-winded, meandering discussions with my friends. I go-to road trip snack is salt + vinegar pringles! 10. Karizz - I work with digital advertising in the automotive industry. Often, I enjoy seeking new first time experiencesactivities or places/big or small. My go-to snack is Lay’s kettle cooked jalapeño chips. See more

Meet this morning's participants! 1) Marissa: I am a first year med student at Loma Linda university. I love my family, friends, and goooood food. Singing has always been my favorite thing to do and I am blessed to be able to use my gift for God! Favorite TV show is a tie between "Frasier" and "Parks & Recreation." 2) Justin: I'm a 4th-year student at Loma Linda University School of Pharmacy. I'm originally from Japan and currently live in Loma Linda. I enjoy playing gu...itar, listening to music, cooking, indoor climbing, and fishing. My favorite TV shows are The Mandalorian, Kim's Convenience, and Community. 3) Laurel: I'm a second year dental student at LLU, and I really love jazz music and food (my number one used app on my phone is probably Yelp ) I also love puppies :) I really like the Queen's Gambit on Netflix :D 4) Ethan: My name is Ethan Kim. My favorite food is hamburgers with French fries. My favorite movie is Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. I love riding my bike, playing games, and I love when it rains. 5) Mark: I am 51 years old and I like to read and travel. My favorite T.V show is Jeopardy. 6) Pablo: I was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV (stop judging), have been married to Erica for ten years, and have two Pitbulls, Watson and Lucy, that we rescued and love very much. I lovee that Paradox is inclusive, and that it faithfully confronts the hard realities of Scripture and society. Current favorite TV shows: I just finished Bridgerton, and am excited to finish His Dark Materials.
