if at first you don’t succeed.. don’t give up After 13 rejected offer because of how insane this market is in a 6 week timeframe My buyers also sellers were ready to throw in the towel and give up they even asked if we were going to take a break in submitting offers I said no I’m not giving up on you! Trust me ! the next house was this one ! Against 18 offers 15 day close! so excited for my buyers ! Next chapter I was literally in tears when I heard their offer was accepted! This morning we did our Final walkthrough for this house. A Final walkthrough means we’re checking to make sure that the house in the same condition as when we last saw it .We do this before closing and if we asked for repairs then we make sure the repairs have been done. I cannot wait for my clients to move in! & just in time for the holidays #blessed #yourfavoriterealtor
