Looking at Santana Terraces facade took me back eight years when @ChuanboJiao and I designed this project in one week. He was working from China and I was from NorCal around the clock 16 hours a day for a week, took the design from massing study to full entitlement all in one week. The project design was approved as fast as it was designed. This facade looks even better than SketchUp model. Congrats to DAHLIN TEAM!
