Why Buying a House Now is a Bad Choice

Two things to share that a Paramedic friend recommended to me years ago and we do it: 1. Take a large plastic "envelope" and put in copies of the face pages of your insurance policies, copies of birth certificates, copies of drivers license, you actual passports and any other important papers (even if you have originals in safety dep. box). Put it where you can easily grab it if you have to evacuate; 2. Take 3 postcards and label each one with minutes (i.e. 5, 10, 30 or 1...0, 20, 30, etc.) On each put what you'd grab if you only had that much time to evacuate.
