Palo Cedro Farmers Market & Crafts Fair

To all the faithful vendors and customers of the Palo Cedro Farmers' Market & Craft Fair: Due to the long-awaited arrival of winter weather and the frightening surge in Covid 19 cases in Shasta County this month, we are closing down our market for the year as of today, Tuesday, Nov. 17, 2020. NO MARKET ON THURSDAY. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make our smaller, shortened market a success during this troubled year and we hope you will rejoin us next year when we start up in May or June, whenever our growers let us know they have produce to sell. SEE YOU IN 2021!

If you missed your chance to buy end of the season produce from Serendipity Ranch at the Palo Cedro Farmers' Market last week, they will be here again on Thursday, Nov. 12. They will have bell peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, persimmons and pomegranates. For the Love of Pie will also be there with breads, pies, and cookies, as will several crafters with lots of gift ideas for the approaching holiday season. The market opens at 3:00 p.m. and we are suggesting that customers arrive as early as possible because darkness is arriving much earlier now with Daylight Savings Time. As of now the rain is supposed to hold off until Friday, but don't count on that--another reason to come early. The market is located at 22037 Old 44 Drive in Palo Cedro.

Guess what? Good news. Serendipity Ranch of Anderson will be selling fresh, local fruits and veggies at this week’s Palo Cedro Farmers’ Market on Nov. 5. They will have tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers and hot peppers, plus pomegranates and persimmons. The market is open every Thursday from 3-6 pm at 23037 Old 44 Drive. Please come by and welcome our newest vendor.

The Palo Cedro Farmers' Market & Craft Faire will be open for business tomorrow (Oct.29) from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. We got two new vendors on Oct. 15 (see photos below) and we will have two more tomorrow. Please stop by to meet them and look over what they have for sale. Buy local!

To all the vendors and customers of the Palo Cedro Farmers' Market & Craft Faire: We regret to inform you that we must cancel the market set for this Thursday, October 22 due to PG&E's public safety power shut off that will run from Wednesday night through Friday. We are planning to be open again on October 29. Hope to see you then.
