Know anyone looking for office space to rent out? Great location, easy parking, close to the freeway. Massage therapist or other health professional would be ideal. We could benefit from cross referring clients. Open to anyone who is a good fit.

Can you help people with sleeping challenges? Yes Our body’s have a sympathetic nerves system (NS) and parasympathetic NS. The sympathetic side think fight or flight and adrenaline. This is the part of our NS where if you saw a lion running at you it’ll activate to allow you react. Mental/work stress or emotional stress will keep you in the sympathetic side. Many people are constantly in the sympathetic side and that could explain why they can’t sleep or recover properly.... Parasympathetic NS is the resting/healing and digestion side of your NS. This is why you shouldn’t go swimming immediately after you eat because your body needs to rest and digest. Specific chiropractic adjustments get you into the parasympathetic state and allow you to rest and recover. That’s why adjustments can help with sleep

Another happy client... after her first week of care she no longer has the back pain that she came in to address.. but also mentions no more migraines or shin splints. Guess that’s important when training for a marathon. Know anyone who suffers from back pain, migraines or shin splints?

Who is ready for the adjustment to help you poop!!!! . . Update on Leianna, (btw I say poop a lot in this story) almost a year ago her mom brought her in because she was constipated and not pooping for about 7 months. We found areas of stress on her nerve system and started working on correcting them. First adjustment she was pooping a lot and for the first time in months. .... . Fast forward to now. She’s pooping about every other day. If she goes more than 4 days with out pooping her mom brings her in to get checked out. In addition to pooping better, her mom says she’s less grumpy, overall less sick and no ear infections... prior to care, her mom reports that she was always sick and had lots of ear infections. This is why they brave it outside today face mask and all to get care. . . This is why I stand for a world where health leads to the enjoyment of life, where ppl can be the best version of themselves allowing them to have a greater impact on the world. So here’s to you kiddo!!! Making your journey to impacting the world a little bit easier for you!!! See more

Upper back pain and neck pain are very common pain points for those working in front of a computer, use their phones for hours or with long periods of looking down. Best thing to do is address the spine and areas of nerve pressure if you have vertebral subluxations (Stuck Bones putting stress on the nervous system). That’s addressing the root cause of you do have subluxations. Till then here are a few easy stretches you can do to help out. . . Chest stretch. Arm and hand ...on doorway with the same side foot forward. Ex: left arm on doorway, left foot forward. Lean your upper body forward so you feel a slight pull and stretch over your chest muscles. Hold for about 30 seconds. Do both sides. . . Upper back and shoulder stretch. To stretch your left upper back, have your right hand grab your left temple (side of head above your left ear) and pull so that your right ear comes closer to your right shoulder. With your left hand, imagine as if you are putting it into your right pant pocket and traction that arm down. Hold that for 30 seconds. . . Neck stretches: pull the base of your skull downwards so your chin is tucking towards your neck. You should feel the stretch in the top of the neck/base of the skull. Hold than stretch for approx 15-20 seconds . . Neck stretch 2: look up and use your fingers to push your chin up as if your chin is pointing towards the sky. You should feel the stretch in your lower neck. . . Why a static hold? These muscles are overactive and you need to lengthen it If any of this causes any pain or discomfort, stop what you’re doing.
