Paintbrush has started a new tradition of gathering family recipes from our residents and their families. We share them and even serve them in our dining room! Have one? Submit it using the form below!

Our Paintbrush Ambassadors make showing up for work easy! They created candy leis for our staff as they arrived in the morning and even stayed up until 10pm to "lei" our night shift team. We are so blessed to have such amazing residents.

Congratulations Ron and Edith! We were honored to celebrate this happy couples 65th Wedding Anniversary this week at Paintbrush. If you know Ron and Edith, be sure to drop them a line wishing them the best!

To wind up National Assisted Living Week we hosted a farmers market in the Courtyard for our residents & staff. The ambassadors had a great time serving all the fresh veggies & fruits. We also had a white wine & red wine tasting with a choice of cheese. This is was so well received by our residents and it was a great way for everyone to enjoy the outdoors and socialize.

For Grandparent's Day, it was a little different this year. Each of our staff sponsored a resident & became their grandchild for the day. Staff members brought gifts & made the holiday a special once since family couldn't be there to celebrate.

Staff went over the top to make sure everyone was able to see the cars while keeping everyone safe. On Saturday, Esther celebrated her 100th birthday at Paintbrush! Her family and friends paraded by with signs and cheers of encouragement, while the staff and residents created a cruise adventure inside with multiple "stops" at various ports of call. that included goodies and cake. HAPPY BIRTHDAY ESTHER!!!

Last week we tried something incredibly refreshing at Paintbrush - welcome to SPA DAY! Our residents enjoyed a pampering menu of facials, foot soaks/scrubs, and hand massages topped with pink nail polish. The day was so popular, we'll be hosting Spa Day monthly so our residents continue to feel the loving care vibe!
