Our partner Randall Page just won a DMV set aside for a client who would have otherwise lost his job as a commercial truck driver. The day is still young.

Last week, my client wrote a $37 check for a restitution claim after a victim requested over $7500. Now, my other client is writing a $60 ish check after an initial request for $2000+. And people ask why htey should hire an attorney! Never mind not going to jail, saving you a lot of money is also another reason!

Wishing more people would understand that a conviction does not just "fall" off your record. Gotta actively get rid of it people!!!

Filed a writ for my client whose license got wrongfully suspended by a arrogant DMV hearing officer who clearly does not know what hearsay is. AG's office wants to settle - Take that DMV!!!
