Hello everyone. I just came across this wonderful canning book "Putting UP" and realized we, Pacific Pectin are referenced in it. What an awesome surprise. This book has all sorts of useful information from; equipment supply recommendations, processing instructions to monthly recipes for in season fruits and vegetables. This book looks to be a good source of info for someone just starting out canning and preserving etc.. If you ever have any questions on which pectin to use, we are here to help. We have pectin's for full sugar, low sugar and no sugar recipes. As well as a liquid pectin. We have pectin's for syrups and gummies and even a pectin for making gluten free bread.
