Test your strength and balance
Working this week on core strength, abs exercises is so important for a tennis player, this circuit will get you going, but you have to be consistent, 2 to 3 times a week, this circuit has 7 exercises , do the circuit 3 times, if you feel your abs burning or getting tight it is working , to make it more challenging extend the time of each exercise to 15 secs. Have fun!!!!
Transition game: split step and lunge , staying low and developing strong legs will help your volley game.
