Support our youth and donate at www.pacificbridgeclub.org. In July PBC’s headed to Los Angeles and Costa Rica for a 16 day journey. While in Costa Rica, students will travel to Limon, Tortuguero, La Fortuna, Jaco and San Jose. In each city, students will travel the jungles, work with the Maleku Tribe, work with a Jaguar Conservation, Sloth Sanctuary, clean beaches, and travel to African Costa Rican communities to study their history and culture. Students are excited!!

This is one of the pictures that inspired me to travel as a young man. It’s one of the reasons I started an organization that helps underserved kids see the world and perform community service with underserved communities. It’s because of Brotha Malcolm, there’s a Pacific Bridge Club in Oakland Unified School District. So dope!! The official day is May 19th!! Happy Malcolm X Day in advance!! Vietnam and Cambodia This was PBC’s second journey abroad and it was incredible. Our students truly had an unforgettable experience uniting together, touring local attractions, volunteering with endangered and mistreated animals, and volunteering with an orphanage. Some of these same students are joining us on the journey to Thailand this summer and students are thrilled. Be sure to support our underserved community of East Oakland students by donating here or at www.pacificbridgeclub.org.

PBC’s trip to Cambodia in 2019 was amazing! We went to CIO orphanage in Siem Reap Cambodia and we took students games, books, and school supplies, one of the most amazing times in my life. The part that hit most was leaving CIO after establishing relationships with so many kids. You could hear a pen drop on our bus as we drove away. Great life changing times!! Best part about it was our students saw themselves as the change. They believed in themselves when nobody else did. Blessed
