It BEGINS -- Now Hiring for #season 2 at Pacific Kitchen Bolsa Chica -- The Prjkt Restaurant Group is incredibly excited to announce the launch of Season 2 of our Bolsa Chica State Beach Concessions on May 5th, and with it the hiring of our Summer Staff. Interviewing begins this weekend. Saturday 4/8 interviews will be held at Sealegs At the Beach (17851 PCH) from 10am to noon and Sunday 4/9 interviews will be held at our sister restaurant Sea Salt Woodfire Grill (21214 Beach Blvd) from 10am to noon.
