In an effort to ensure the safety of both you, our valued client and our team, proper social distancing will be maintained in the office at all times Our seating arrangements will be arranged to be able to accommodate a set number of clients at any time so it will be of the utmost importance to be certain an appointment has been made. Dear Valued Payroll Client As you may have seen in the news this weekend, President Trump signed into law the Paycheck Protection Flexibility Act. Some important highlights of this Act: ... Covered period in which businesses can use the funds have been increased from 8 weeks to 24 weeks. Business are now only required to spend 60% of aid on payroll as opposed to the original 75% requirement. The allowable expenses for the remaining amount have not changed. Employers now have until December 31st to rehire workers to offset potential penalties for reduced head counts. In the days to come we will see further guidance and an updated loan forgiveness application from the SBA. If you have engaged us to track your loan forgiveness we will be applying the new guidelines where possible. For questions please give our office a call @ 916 773 7053, or email [email protected]
