Gold and Outdoor Swap Meet September 5th & 6th 2020 Sonora CA Motherload Fairgrounds Bring your old mining equipment, your camping equipment or any outdoor off road or sports equipment Buy, Sell, Trade your equipment while you camp out in your tent or RV Set up Friday, Grounds open to the public Saturday and Sunday with a $5 entrance fee ... Postpone Somehow these people need to be educated? They have now laid at our feet the responsibility of Environmental Impact of every place we would like to mine without the security of actually being able to mine or develop a property into a mining site ! If this were to go through, it is my belief, this process would take place for every piece of equipment you wanted to use Now more then ever , we need to start testing our equipment and what it actually does to the wat...er and soil , We need to know what comes off the backside of equipment and how far it travels or if it may be toxic They are using our ignorance against us it’s no longer a matter of how much we take out, it’s what we leave behind And they will argue that down to 1/1,000,000,000 percent left behind We need industry standards and ways of mitigation that is backed by science . California, May be lost for now? But trust me , this and what we heard yesterday will spread like a cancer throughout the states and because we don’t know what that small percentage does or how it acts and so far we haven’t dedicated much time or money to it , That missing data , it going to keep biting us! And biting us good Time to pony up , create a team of researchers and get them funded to start getting this data while we can still use equipment in other states it will be a whole lot cheaper then the alternative..........
