We aren’t surprised this darling single story in Westwood sold over the weekend. It’s great having a seller that trusts the process, too. We’ve had great success utilizing the MLS Coming Soon status and giving agents a little time to inform their buyers and schedule their showings well in advance. There is NO question that markets like these can be tough on buyers. Recently we’ve had several buyers reach out to us directly as listing agents. If you’re a buyer’s agent and haven’t successfully secured a property for your buyers, make sure you’re doing the things you need to do to have any advantage you can. Be patient. Keep the faith. Your home is out there.
