THE DABBLER Rice IPA (6.6%) The latest addition to our staff brew series! Our canning line operator Donny was inspired to make a crisp, refreshing, dry-hopped beer with a slightly lower ABV for his beer. Several helpings of rice in the brew create a whole new level of clean that plays nicely alongside El Dorado and Amarillo hops.... FADE TO BLACK Black IPA (6.7%) We love finding ways to put our own twist on older, more obscure styles of beer. Fade to Black is our version of a Black IPA, a style characterized by intense malt and hop character. The result? A well-balanced, rich ale with aromatic notes of cacao, roasted malt, and pine. Amarillo, Simcoe hops. RAZZLIE DAZZLIE Sour (5.8%) Nothing says summertime vibes like a freshly fruited sour! Equal parts fruity, tart, and refreshing, this effervescent ale was a massive hit last summer! We brewed this beer with the highest quality berries and limes so you can spoil yourself silly with a little razzlie-dazzlie LUPULIN ECLIPSE IPA (6.8%) Enter a tropical storm of coconut, melon, and papaya with the return of this West Coast zinger! Former experimental hop, Talus, is the star of the show, with stabilizing support from Simcoe and Mosaic hops. Order online for pick up at our tasting room. Behind the scenes! We chatted with our brewer Andy today about what he does every day when he hovers over the sink spinning a saccharometer in a graduated cylinder- he’s checking the gravity of the beer! Measured in Degrees Plato, checking the gravity lets the brewer know the amount of sugar left in the wort. Gravity starts high (in the teen range) and ends low, and the ABV calculation between the two results in the finished alcohol by volume. Checking it daily is an excellen...t quality control check, assuring that fermentation is going as planned, and when it begins to level out, it’s one of the indicators that beer is ready!
